• 由2011年開始， 所有於小輪車場舉行的山地車比賽， 除了比賽報名費港幣 $35外， 各位參加者另需支付港幣 $40 作入場費之用， 特此通知！
• Please be informed that starting from year 2011, HK$40 entry fee of the BMX Park is needed besides the HK$35 enrollment fee of the mountain bike races.

• 賽事當日因天氣情況下無論開賽前或開賽後取消比賽，因賽會前期組織及後勤工作如封路工程、租用旅巴、貨車等費用已支付，所以賽會不會退還報名費及交通費予參加者。
• Race cancellation on event day before or after race start due to the bad weather is non-refundable as pre-race organization work and logistic such as expenditure for road closure work, hire of coach and truck have been consumed.

• 自賽前一天取消比賽，所有費用將全數退還退款將於取消比賽後一個月內發回，退款不能用以申請下一場之賽事。因人數不足或其他原因而取消之賽事將全數退款。
• Cancellation due to bad weather before the event day, 100% will be refunded Refund will be settled within one month after the event day. Transferring of unspent entry fee for other enrollment will not be accepted. Cancellation due to not enough participants or other reasons will be fully refunded.

• 由即日起凡參加本地公路賽、場地賽及山地車賽者必須採用MYLAPS ProChip計時晶片，計時晶片可供租用，租金每次每位$20，租用費請於報名時一併繳交，無論任何情況下取消比賽，晶片租用費全數退還。凡自行準備晶片不需租用者請於賽前報名時特別說明，以便大會作出適當安排。如遺失或損毀者，需賠償$1,200。
• All Road races, Track races and MTB races must use MYLAPS ProChip Transponders with immediately effect. Rental is available and costs $20 per person per race. It should be paid together with the entry form and entry fee. Rental fee will be fully refunded for the race cancellation in any reason. Any people who carry his own Transponders should inform the Organizer during the enrollment for the necessary arrangement. $1,200 will be charged for any lost or demage.

• 報名必須於賽前十天或之前完成報名手續及繳付相關費用，凡未完成手續及繳付費用者或於截止日期後報名即當延遲報名論，費用100 元。賽前三天不再接受任何報名，所有賽事不設即場報名。請於本會網上下載各項比賽最新報名表格，舊表格恕不接受。
• Enrollment should duly complete entry form along with the concerned fee 10 days before the race. Incomplete form and unpaid fee will be subject to late entry. $100 late entry fee will be charged. No late entry will be accepted 3 days before the race. No on-spot enrollment for all events. Please download the latest entry form for enrollment. Previous version will not be accepted.

• 無論是否已由領隊預先代領號碼晶片，運動員必須在指定時間親身簽到，否則罰款100 元。
• Nevertheless the team manager pick up numberings and chips on behalf of teammate, rider must sign on in person at the designated time slot on pain of fine: $100

• 香港單車代表隊賽衣、制服及其設計包括顏色屬香港單車聯會及贊助商所有，在未經授權前不得擅自抄襲、以任何形式複製或其他非法使用。
• The design and layout of Hong Kong National Jersey, uniform is the exclusive property of the Hong Kong Cycling Association and sponsors. This may not be reproduced and misuse without the HKCA and sponsors authorization.

• 出賽表於比賽前的星期三會上載到本會網頁(http://www.cycling.org.hk/)。 各參加者有責任自行上網查核， 如有任何錯漏， 請於賽前的星期五通知本會， 本會不會向缺席者發還有關費用， 敬請留意！
• The start sheet will be uploaded to our website (http://www.cycling.org.hk/) on Wednesday before races. Each participant should check the details and let us know on Friday before races. We would not be refund to any absent participant.

• 各會員如選擇以銀行過戶或直接存款到本會的銀行帳戶的方式繳付活動費用，請將有關款項存入上海商業銀行帳(330-82-026176)或匯豐銀行帳戶(809-504301-292)，並必須索取存款紀錄存根，然後將報名表格連同存款紀錄存根，一併傳真至(2834 3715)、 會員亦可選擇電郵(email:info@cycling.org.hk)或郵寄(地址：香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑1號奧運大樓1015室)至本會。如未能提供存款紀錄存根，本會將不會處理有關報名，多謝合作。
• Members who wish to pay the admission / entry fee of the activities by transferring or depositing the money directly to the bank account of the association, please deposit the money to Shanghai Commercial Bank A/C No. 330-82-026176 or HSBC A/C No. 809-504301-292 and keep the bank-in slip. You are then required to send the application form as well as the bank-in slip by fax (2834 3715), e-mail (info@cycling.org.hk) or by post (Room 1015, Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong) to the association.   HKCA will not process the application without bank-in slip provided. Thank you for your cooperation.

• 遞交款項方式如下：

  1. 親身到「香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑1號奧運大樓1015室香港單車聯會」遞交。
  2. 填妥報名表格連同報名費劃線支票抬頭Hong Kong Cycling Association及回郵信封郵寄到
      「香港銅鑼灣掃桿埔大球場徑1號奧運大樓1015室香港單車聯會」。
  3. 報名表連同*入數紙傳真到2834 3715, 之後致電2504 8176以落實傳真成功。

  取消比賽 及活動指引

  情況 1 : 如天文台於比賽(灣仔集合點)或活動集合前30分鐘宣告掛上紅色或黑色暴雨警告訊號，3號風球或以上，是日比賽或活動將會取消。

  情況  2 : 如天文台於開賽前宣布雷暴警告至原定的開賽時間後一小時仍然生效，是日比賽或活動取消。(例如︰開賽時間為早上7:00，天文台宣佈雷暴警告生效時間至早上8:00，比賽取消。)

  
  *請注意，賽事或活動將會於上述其中一種情況下取消。

  GUIDANCE FOR RACE CANCELLATION

  Situation 1. :  30 minutes prior to the gathering in Wanchai, the Hong Kong Observatory still hanging the red rainstorm, black rainstorm, typhoon single no. 3 or above.

  Situation 2. :  The race will be cancelled under the situation that the thunderstorm warning announced by the Hong Kong Observatory will be being in force 1 hour after the official race start time 

  (e.g. The race start time is 7:00 a.m. and the Hong Kong Observatory announced the thunderstorm warning will be being in force until 8:00 a.m., the race will then be cancelled.)
